Packaging
All orders are shipped discreetly in plain packaging bearing the return address of "Amazing Networks LLC" Your package will not bear any external markings that will give away the nature of your order.
Domestic Shipping
Amazing offers three shipment options:
International shipping and Handling charges are based on standard US Post Office International rates plus a handling fee. We also offer express shipping. When you proceed to checkout all shipping options and fees will be displayed based on your shipping destination, allowing you to choose the method you most prefer.
Definition of a Business Day:
Please note that Amazing’s shipping times are based on "business days." Business days include all weekdays (Monday through Friday), but not weekends. For example, Next Day orders placed on a Friday before 12:00pm EST should arrive on the next business day, Monday. Next Day orders placed after 12:00pm EST on Fridays will be processed the next business day, Monday, and arrive the business day after that, Tuesday. Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your Amazing Networks order in three different ways:
Packaging

Domestic Shipping
Amazing offers three shipment options:
- Standard Shipping:
All orders with Standard Shipping selected are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of the business day we receive them. All Standard Shipping orders should arrive within three to ten business days from the day your order is shipped.
Please Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs and other US territories may take longer. At this time, we cannot track shipments to APO, AEO or FPO addresses. Packages will be processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. - Priority Shipping:
For an additional fee, Amazing Networks offers Priority shipping. All Priority Shipping orders that are received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time are usually processed and shipped the same business day we receive them and should arrive one to three business days from that date. Packages will be processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. - Next Day Service :
For an additional fee, Amazing Networks offers a Next Day Service option. Next Day orders that are received by 12:00 PM Eastern Time are processed and shipped the same business day we receive them and should arrive the following business day.
Please Note: Next Day Service is not available for PO boxes, APO, FPO or AEO addresses. Next Day Saver Service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories. Saturday delivery is not available for Next Day Saver shipments. Packages will be processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only.

You can check the status of your Amazing Networks order in three different ways:
- Email Confirmation:
As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirmation, which will include your tracking number. If, for some reason, you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number. - Check Order Status Page:
You can also visit your personalized Order Status Page – Simply login to your account and you will see a detailed history of each order. You will be able to check the status of each item and track shipped items. Amazing is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. - Undeliverable Orders:
Undeliverable orders, including Two Day and Next Day orders that are sent to PO boxes, will be returned to the Amazing distribution center.
Please Note: Shipment time guarantees do not apply in the case of undeliverable packages. In the event of an undeliverable shipment, Amazing Networks.com will refund the credit card for the amount of the product purchased and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges will still apply.
Backordered Items
Amazing Networks does not accept orders for items not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that an order is placed for an out-of-stock item, Amazing Networks shipping staff will immediately ship all in-stock items. When the backordered item becomes available, Amazing Networks shipping staff will ship the item or items via express service as available. If we are unable to fulfill your request for an item, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the product, any applicable taxes and shipping charges. In the extremely rare event that the item you ordered is still out of stock after thirty days, we will notify you and give you the option of continuing to wait for your order or to cancel your order.
Restricted Delivery Regions
Due to local, state and Regional laws, we cannot ship (via the mail or the internet) Pornographic or Adult oriented material to the areas listed below.
